Vintage 1993 Walla Walla Balloon Stampede rope cap. Leather strap closure.

We thoroughly clean and sanitize every hat in our possession. Some hats are sold with slight stains, but will be disclosed if they exist. We would rather sell a hat with minimal staining, than risking damage to it. Many of our hats are 20-30 years old. If a snapback, please take care when adjusting snaps.
